Notes:
  Here is an updated version of the migration script which works very well with the following prerequisites:
  - 1/ The source MySQL db is in Latin1 and not utf-8 and the mysql version is 4.0 to 4.2
  - 2/ the file system is not mandatorily utf-8
  - 3/ the timedate does not mandatorily recognize the second field (depending on the mysqlsrv configuration)
  Be careful the script is raw and may still contain some specific logs.
