It seems that the letter capital ``O'' got replaced by number ``0'' in

The OAI scheme refers to URI scheme and in the framework of OAI has to be
the string ``oai''. OAI ID prefix then identifies the OAI repository and
once assigned should not be changed. Stable OAI repository identifier may
be registered at the openarchives central registry at
<http://www.openarchives.org/community/>.
