external authentication using kerberos principals

Hello,
Our lab currently uses NIS with kerberos, and we would like to setup
Invenio's external authentication to use our kerberos principals.
What is the best way to do this from our class in
external_authentication.py? Any suggestions or examples would be
greatly appreciated.
