Create New Document Type in CDS Invenio v0.90.1

Hello,
I have tried to create a new document type in CDS Invenio v0.90.1 using WebSubmit Admin
with no success .
I tried first with "None" as "DocType to Clone" then with "TEXT".
The web page have returned no eror, but in the mysql table sbmDOCTYPE the new row is
not inserted.
