The task status was not updated due to unhandled exception.  Yes, it
is safe to stop and delete the task via bibsched.  You will see a
warning like "cannot find process" when killing it.

You may want to run the rebalancing of ranking weights:

   $ bibrank -R -wwrd -f50000
